A Mindful Journey with a Boy, a Mole, a Fox and a Horse - Sat 7th Sept 2024

Join TMG and Teacher David Bignell for an intriguing Mindful journey with a Boy, a Mole, a Fox and a Horse.

This 2 hour workshop will use some of the themes from Charlie Mackesy's book "The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse" to explore some of our thoughts and feelings using a Mindful approach based on insight dialogue practices.

There will be periods of sitting and moving, silent meditation and structured conversations in pairs/threes to support our shared journey.

Participants would benefit from having read the book and bringing an open and curious mind to the workshop.

The cost of participation is £25
