About the Event
Take part in our first ever on-line sitting group!
Open to all previous participants of an 8 week mindfulness course.
Due to the on-going situation with Covid-19, we will be holding our sitting group via VIDEO LINK.
You will need a computer with a webcam and microphone OR a smartphone to take part.
