Mindfulness Inspired Yoga Retreat – 14th November 2026 10am – 12.30pm

£35.00

Yoga Retreat

Join TM and Nina Dhiman for a morning Mindfulness yoga retreat at Lake House Kent, Maidstone Road, Ashford, Kent. TN26 1AR.

This retreat invites you to embrace the autumn as an opportunity to pause, reflect and welcome the changing season to rest and restore.

Together we will connect with the body, embracing personal transformation at a gentle pace.

The yoga practices will be varied, mindful and playful with an intention to bring loving presence to support deeper connection, to yield and touch our hearts and minds. There will also be opportunity to note our awareness of practices, to share insights supporting connection with the collective wisdom of the group. We will close with a restorative yoga Nidra practice.

What you will need
A non-slip yoga mat, yoga blocks or a couple of cushions, a cosy warm blanket, and any other props you like to use for your practice. A water bottle. There is a cafe on site where you will be able to buy additional refreshments and even stay for lunch should you wish to do so.

Health and Safety
Everyone is responsible for themselves. All practices are invitational, and you are encouraged to keep movement to a safe range for your body. If you have any health concerns, we advise that you please consult your doctor before booking.

Level of Ability

The morning is suitable for people with all levels of physical ability. You will be offered movements whilst standing, sitting, kneeling, or lying down. Where required, postures can be adapted or modified for safe practice. If a particular posture is not suitable, you are invited to visualize doing the movement or leave it out.
