Tenterden Mindfulness aims to promote the value of Mindfulness to a wide cross-section of the community in Kent and East Sussex. We do this by providing Mindfulness courses, classes, advice and services which are accessible and affordable.
Increasingly, clinical evidence suggests that Mindfulness can play a major role in improving and maintaining the health, both mental and physical, of people of any age.
Subjective feedback from both clients and practitioners, indicates that Mindfulness can be hugely beneficial in tackling depression, anxiety, insomnia and other health issues.
We also recognise the value of research, evaluation and dissemination of our work into the public domain to encourage further discussion and awareness.
