Dr. Neil Pillai
Dr Neil Pillai is a GP from Ivy Court Surgery in Tenterden, Kent. He has been trained to teach Mindfulness based courses at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre.

Laura Acosta
Laura is a certified Mindfulness Teacher, Edu-Therapy Specialist & Menopause Experts Licensed Champion. Laura is also a Life Coach and Wellbeing Consultant, and founder of her own company ‘Be and Flourish’.

David Bignell
David had a career in primary education for 33 years which included serving as a headteacher in four different schools.

Nina Dhiman
Nina works across complementary roles in health care and wellbeing as a Mindfulness teacher, Clinical Psychologist, and Yoga Teacher.

Kate Elliott
Kate is an experienced Mindfulness and Compassion teacher and has experience introducing Mindfulness into the corporate world, as well as experience supporting adults and children.

Barbara Hussong
Barbara Hussong is a Biodynamic Psychotherapist (UKCP reg.) and has been working with individuals presenting with a wide range of difficulties since 2000.

Emma Isworth
Emma is a physiotherapist with over 40 years of clinical experience in the NHS, most notably with children who suffer with chronic fatigue and pain, anxiety and unexplained medical symptoms.

Julia Lofts
Julia Lofts is an Accredited Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher and Psychotherapist (MBACP Accred). She specialises in working with people who suffer with chronic pain and illness, as well as long-term stress.

Lorraine Millard
Lorraine has been an individual and group Psychotherapist for over 30 years, working with a wide range of clients and issues. She has worked for the NHS and Social Services, in education and in private practice.
